Regional Sales Manager, South Central

Unibloc Hygienic Technologies  |  Remote, anywhere in TX / OK / KS / MO / AR / LA  |  Full-Time

Hygienic pumps move the food, beverages, medicines, and personal care products you use every day. The world’s best brands trust Unibloc Hygienic Technologies to do it cleanly, reliably, and at scale.

Unibloc Hygienic Technologies is a growing manufacturer of lobe, gear, AODD, twin-screw, and drum pumps serving food & beverage, protein processing, pharmaceutical, and personal care markets. Our portfolio includes the Unibloc, Flotronic, Hygenitec, and Standard Pump brands. We’re investing heavily in the South Central territory and looking for the right person to own it.

The Role

As Regional Sales Manager for the South Central U.S. and Mexico, you’ll own one of our largest and most established territories: Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mexico. You’ll inherit a strong book of business with deep customer and channel partner relationships built over many years. Your job is to protect that base, accelerate growth, and capture meaningful share gain that’s still on the table across food, beverage, protein, and pharmaceutical accounts.

You’ll report directly to our VP of Global Sales and have full applications engineering and inside sales support behind you. You sell. We back you up.

What We’re Looking For

We hire for attitude and effort first. We’re looking for people who love to win, who pick up the phone every day with energy, who can talk price with confidence, and who treat a “no” as information that gets them closer to the next “yes.” Bring us that drive and a healthy curiosity about how things work, and we’ll teach you our products.

Food & beverage industry experience is a real plus, and any background with industrial pumps, valves, fittings, mixers, heat exchangers, or other sanitary process equipment will give you a head start.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the orders and revenue number for the South Central region, and deliver against an annual growth plan you help build.
  • Protect and grow existing channel partner relationships across the territory.
  • Identify regional coverage gaps, recruit new distribution partners, and lead their onboarding onto our product platforms.
  • Spend time in the field driving end-user specifications at food, beverage, protein, and pharmaceutical accounts.
  • Partner with channel distributors on technical and commercial quotations, applications support, and joint customer calls.
  • Maintain CRM discipline: log activity, manage an active pipeline, and deliver accurate 30/60/90-day forecasts.
  • Bring market intelligence back to the business: what customers want, what competitors are doing, where we should be playing.

What a Typical Week Looks Like

Our pumps sell best in a face-to-face setting. Engineers and operations leaders want to get hands-on with the product, inspect the build quality, and see how it works. Customers react strongly when they see our features and benefits in person. If you’re not out with customers, you won’t hit your number.

Most weeks, expect Monday morning in your home office (with travel often that evening), Tuesday through Thursday in front of customers and distributors, and Friday back in the home office. We expect that rhythm roughly 10 out of every 12 weeks. We’re not rigid about the schedule, but we are clear about the principle: the RSMs who win are the ones in the field.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of industrial outside sales or distributor management experience.
  • A track record of hitting and exceeding number, and the stories to prove it.
  • Strong relationship, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter mentality. You don’t need to be managed; you need to be supported.
  • Technical curiosity and a genuine interest in how things work.
  • Comfort with CRM, ERP, and the standard Microsoft tool kit.
  • Based anywhere in the South Central territory (TX, OK, KS, MO, AR, LA).
  • Spanish language skills are a nice-to-have, not a requirement.
  • Bachelor’s degree; engineering degree a plus.

What We Offer

  • Total compensation of $200K+ (competitive base plus uncapped bonus potential tied to territory performance).
  • Vehicle allowance / car program.
  • Full benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
  • Applications engineering and inside sales support behind you in the field.
  • Real ownership of a large, established territory at a growing company that’s investing to win.
